Files supplied in ‘zipped’ or ‘stuffed’ PC format are recommended but we also accept .eps .ai .pdf .psd and .tif
If you are requesting a printing quote, you MUST upload a valid graphics file, and tell us the exact US Box item number and quantity you wish your quote to be produced for.
If you have already placed your order, please supply us with your seven digit US Box order number.
ALL files (even revisions) must be uploaded through this web page. New files must have a different name.
We do not accept ANY files via email.
All jobs must contain all images and typesetting needed to produce the job including fonts.
Filenames must have no ‘spaces’ and use only alphanumeric characters. Not ( #%& etc.)
Once the file(s) are uploaded you will see a confirmation screen
We must receive written proof approval from you before your custom order can run. Custom proofs are emailed a few days after your art has been received. Please make sure your email software will accept mail from art@usbox.com and not get sent to the spam folder. Jobs with email proofs that are unanswered after one week will be cancelled.
