Cork & Carry Wine Bottle Take-Out Bags w/ Diecut Handle

In some states restaurant patrons are now permitted to take home a partially consumed bottle of wine. In the past, transporting an open container of alcohol in your car would be a DMV violation.  Diners who like more expensive wines would either waste what was left or worse, guzzle it down and then drive home.
